repair teak wood with water mark

Anyon e knows how to refinish teak wood marks due to the boat sinking halfway coz of broken drainage tube. I hate to see those water marks still showings

why it sank. What "drainage tube" failed?

Clean it, Brighten it, and then use Sikkens Cetol

Marine Light. Having lived in SW Florida for the past 2.5 years, I finally got fed up with having to oil my teak every month or two. I switched to Sikkens Cetol Marine Light, it still looks great after 8 months.
