Repair/Replacement of broken bowplate

For my Cal 28, I need to repair or replace the aluminum structure that attaches to the fiberglass on my bow. This structure (roughly triangular, about 16 inches by 16 inches by 16 hinces and about 1/2 inch thick) includes chocks, anchor rollers, and a forestay attachment point. Does anyone know of a business that either collects and sells used hardware like this, or manufactures new structures for replacement?

There are many stainless steel fabricators in the business. Kato Marine in Annapolis is one such place. Not convenient to Jersey, but you should be able to find someone closer. Google marine fabricators or check the yellow pages. This could be an opportunity to beef up or modify the original design.
