Would like to replace 20 yr old 14.5 gal holding bag with a poly tank of greater capacity, at least 25 gal, preferably 30-35 gal. Has any body done this, and what fits?

What fits depends on where you put it

Which doesn't necessarily have to be where it is. Read the articles in the Head Mistress forum reference library (on the forum home page), and then check out Ronco Plastics at http://www.ronco-plastics.com They make TOP quality thick-walled poly tanks, and have more than 400 shapes and sizes to choose from...at least 100 of which are non-rectangular.

Peggy gives good tips,

as usual. There are several of us H37C owners who have pondered this. And if there is a problem finding room on a 37 I can imagine that a 30 is tough. I have studied all the custom tank sizes and shapes on the Ronco site. Thirty gals. seems to be about as large as I can accomodate. And to install it I have to cut a lot of fiberglass, there are no lockers or openings large enough. Tank size is an issue on the Great Lakes where there is no possibility of pumping overboard.
