Renault diesel engine fans-

My transmission has been slipping out of forward to quite a while. Not sure whether its the transmission or the linkage or both.

Any tips or ideas?? Thanks.

Mine has just the opposite problem. It sometimes locks in gear and I have to manually disengage. This can be a real issue when single handing and near other boats or trying to dock. Sorry, I haven't been able to figure it out yet myself.
