We had the yard change our R8 water impellor this spring--I couldn't find the time. It was chewed up! Way chewed up! Age was one cause, but another was a protruding bolt or screw. I don't know the exact details, the note from the yard guy was pretty scribbled at that point, but even for a new impellor this would've spelled trouble. All you H27 owners out there with a Renault may want to check this! PS--I bit the bullet two years ago when we bought ours and got a couple of impellors and an injector from Texas. Boy am I glad for the bucks that were spent! If the Renault parts depot gets back up this is something another order will be flying their way!
