Just wanted to know if it is O.K. to remove the forestay ,( to install a new one ), without having to install a temp. support. Actually, the same goes for the aft also. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ,, Rick Peacock
I would do the same. Use both halyards - but then, how are you getting to the top of the mast? Maybe I'm a weenie, but you wouldn't find me climbing a mast with no forestay! LaDonna
