Removing Reading Light

Does anyone know how to remove this type of reading light? I have pulled, yanked and twisted the base but it wouldn't reveal it's secret. Thanks.

Is the headliner removable in sections? If not, maybe start with the set screw on the extension arm...

On the far/hidden of the base side is usually a set screw. Feel for it with your finger or photo the backside with your cellphone.

Suspect you want to preserve the light rather than replace. Look for a set screw (most likely setup).
