removing prop shaft H27 (2006)

What is the easiest way to remove the prop shaft, drop rudder or pull strut?

Ended up dropping the rudder enough to tilt it to port allowing removal of the shaft. (boat on trailer) Replaced cutlass bearing, waiting for new coupling half, hope to get it back together this weekend.
