removing MD6A

Hello,

On staurday, I will try take the MD6A engine out of the boat,
for an overhaul.
I seem to remember seeing somewhere a step by step
instruction how to do it, but I can not find it now.
Any hints where that could be ?

In addition, I will be grateful for any comments,
suggestions, thinks to remember ...
I have never tried that before.

The easiest way is to get a forklift with extended forks (like marinas use)
and poke it into the cabin through the companionway. Skid the motor out
enough to grab it with a chain from a fork. Then lift. I've done it on several
boats (but not in a Vega)...very easy to do.
