How would one remove part of the fiberglass lip on a 1988 Cat 27 that partially hides the sending unit on top of the fuel tank? Dremel? Hole saw? Saber saw? There is about an inch clearance between the fiberglass and the top of the sending unit. Thanks for any feedback.
