Removing 331 propeller

I am changing the propeller on my 331, what do I need to do to remove the existing propeller? There is a first cover on the shaft which was easily removed, but the propeller is not coming out. Is there a locking mechanism? Your help is appreciated.Thanksjf

it's on a taper

Once you have removed the locking nut from the shaft the prop is free to come off but because it is on a tapered shaft you may need a puller to get it to break free.
