remove the countertop in the galley

Has any one ever tried to remove the countertop in the galley in the 1992 Hunter 30?I need to get behind the fridge/ice box to repair/ reinforce the compression damage to the hull. I don't think it can be repaired just from the outside. I don't even know where to start disassembling it, so I don't create more work for myself than it is really worth it. Any suggestions?Thank you all soooooo much in advance!

Another Way

Andre, you might look at going in under the counter through the space where the oven is located. Might be an easier repair. There is some foam in that location for refrig insulation but you could probably still access the hull in that area.
