Ahoy, ragbaggers. I am currently prototyping a new marine product. The Remo-tiller is a radio-controlled device, which attaches to my tiller and allows me to steer my sail boat (Hunter 22) from anywhere on board - above or below deck - thus affording me decided advantages while single handed sailing, docking, ect. This fall I brought my boat back to the dock in a rain storm. Everything got wet. Everything but me, that is, because I was down below looking out the front hatch. This posting is more like a barometer for me, so send me your comments, suggestions, well wishes, attaboys, or any other advice you can give on my device. Sincerely, Thomas L. Offended

First, I'm offended being called a "ragbagger". Second, one reason I come to this site to get away from solicitors.

And speaking of putting the helm over hard Tim

What ever happened to those remote controllers that some people were developing that would put the helm over to stop the boat when a single-hander went overboard? I would have bought one.
