I don't see any reason in going through all the riggamarol of selling your boat, and then going to all the trouble to go out to buy another one. This involves avtually finding a seller, numerous trips to motor vehicles, ect. ect. I would say it's just not worth it unless you are thinking about upgrading. But be careful if you do decide to sell. Your money that you get from your boat moght not go to the boat right away as planned, rather it might go to some kind of expencs you encounter while moving. A boat that size can't be too hard to transport, either. You could even tow it yourself if you can get your hands on (Or buy) a trailer and have the right vehicle for the job. (I know an unmarried lady who tows her OD28 on a trailer between her side yard in the suburbs of Albany, N.Y and the marina all by her self.) Plus, if you end up buying a trailer you could store your boat at your home in the winter instead of paying to rent land space. If you DO sell your boat though, I would purchase a boat down there BEFORE you move, so that money dowsn't get tied up in something else. If it were me, I would just sell and upgrade, or buy a trailer and toe it down there myself. -BM
