The H34 did not come with refrigeration. It has an ice box so unless the P.O. installed refrigeration you cannot turn it on.
You might check the circuit breaker panel and see if there is a specific breaker labeled refrigerator. When we bought our boat new in '85 the dealer offered us either refrigeration or roller furling. We took the roller furling.
