Refresh My Memory Please

Did I start a thread here some time back about how you may not, in fact, be the master of your vessel and the legal "operator"?

I thought I had so I've been discussing it on another forum. I went to look up the thread here and I can't find it.

It is an important issue and, if my memory has failed me, I will start a thread about the issue here because you should all be aware of this creeping erosion of responsibility and the tradition of the sea and I would like the thoughts of this group.

Ah yes. My eyes must have just skipped over that rather strange title I used.

It's worth revisiting though. I subsequently wrote an article about it for "Points East" and have also had dinner with a Transport Canada inspector.

I'll start a new thread to update.
