Refer tech in Tacoma WA

Posting for a friend who is looking for tech in Tacoma. He's not finding anybody except in Seattle..any ideas?

Reefer was the intent ...sorry. The friend of mine is a good friend of 30 yrs and is 74 yrs old and does not have a computer or other device and chooses not to embrace the Internet. Even if he was given a troubleshooting procedure, he'd prefer to just call the expert hence the reason for my question. All I know is it runs but does not cool and he is 4 hrs away from me on a good day. This may even be an older R12 system. The people he has contacted do not work on smaller marine 12V systems...

Mark, get in touch with Richard, he may know someone up your way or near your friend.

Richard's main point in his website is that 99% of all cooling problems are electrical-related. Maybe not for your friend, but...
