Back in November we had a thread going about adding/upgrading refrigeration in the Cherubini iceboxes, specifically the H37C. Gene mentioned that the sides and bottom seemed well enough insulated. What kind and thickness of insulation and what kind of glue do you use to insulate the inside of the top? And how did you handle that wooden access door? I was looking at the stuff at Lowes this weekend and had not a clue. Jim Legere's installation seemed most straightforward. He placed a horizontal box evaporator on that shelf. That would give you a small freezer and the rest of the box as a frig. Anyone have an idea how many cu. ft. is left? Almost time to send some money to Adler/Barbour I guess.
