I have a Huunter 235 with a roller furler (CDI I believe, name plate missing). In heavy winds the head sail is over powering the boat. I can reef the main (one reef)to reduce sail. Has anyone tried reefing with a roller furler by pulling the saoil part way in and locking off the line. The tension from the wind and the jib sheet should keep the sail working even though partially furled. I don't want to try this and end up ripping the jib or wrecking the furler. Any thoughts?New to roller furling. Hayden
