I personally will assume this....

Mortyd, After following this complete thread, and admiring Joe and Stus' responses and patience, I find your last whining snit too much. If any 'assumption' seems clear to me concerning yourself it is this... you are, and probably will remain, a jackass.' My apologies in advance to the board for this post, but nuff is nuff! No, this is my ONLY and last post to Mortyd.

Trevor: I thought they were refering to me but since did not enter into this thread, I thought I'd just stay "under the porch" waiting for the thread to die a natural death. As far as newbies - I am a long time member of a Catalina list on another network and also this sail trim forum and have read many newbies questions. Over a short period of time, the newbies become very skilled contributors - we are not born with sailing know how. Anyway, I try to be patient with them and I don't really mind answering the same old questions. Sail trim is a very limiting subject - in other words, it is not like nuclear research that goes on forever. Once you learn the basics that's it. I also belong to a Good Sam RV forum group. If you think this forum has repeat questions, you should see what goes on over there. Trevor, than you for the opportunity to present a commercial (I knew if I thought about it I could work one in). If it was not for newbies I'd be talking to myself and there would be no one to buy my Sail Trim Users Guide and Sail Trim Chart!! I look at them as future customers!!
