Reefing Hook: Type and Placement

I lost the original reefing hook that was attached to the gooseneck of the boom. It fell overboard. Anyway, where can I purchase a new reefing hook? Also, does the hook go on the bolt that attaches the boom to the gooseneck?I have a 1981 Catalina 30. Regards,Juan
