I cannot find the attachment point for the mainsail reefing hook. I have posted an imaage in the photo forum (Main reefing fitting)and would like help attaching this fitting to the book/mast.
Colin, look for a through hole in the goose neck. That's where mine is. You must remove the boom to install properly. It will only go in backward with the boom attached. -Greg
On my H28, the hook was in place, but had not been held up when the boom was reinstalled. I was able to get the hook out and back in without disconnecting the boom. There is a hole under where the boom connects to the mast, this is where the rams horn mounts. Good luck! Bruce. Neon Moon
