i have tinted Bomar and Grey opening Ports that are fading. Looking for recommendations on a cleaner/polisher to restore. Any and all recommendations appreciated.

Thanks, Jerry

Might try Meguiar's Mirror Glaze. Used it on aircraft acrylic windows for years and recent cleaned my Grey ports with it. I can't say how well it will restore them if crazed. I replaced mine because they were nearly opaque

Thanks Dave. Not ready for the replacement route just yet. If I go there then SBO got it.

I assume you are referring to lexan or plexiglass. If so I have had good success with Meguiar's plast-x. Bit I found that you have to keep using it after several weeks, of exposure to the weather.

Plastic X worked real good on my dodger windows so good they look new again and
removed scratch’s and hard marks and was going to replace the until I used plastic X.

Try plexus. Made for exactly this type of thing. I use it on scratched visors on motorcycle helmets. No haze or rings around oncoming lights.

@jmce1587 I have used a combination of:
It will not reverse the crazing that happens but for cleaning and polishing the combo can work miracles. The cleaner when rubbed will reduce (hide) fine scratches.
I like the idea of using M10 MIRROR GLAZE CLEAR PLASTIC POLISH. I like the results of PLAST-X, but I find I have to use it again after several weeks I think the POLISH will seal the finish and should last longer. Thanks for the info.
