Recommendation for mid-Chessy charter co.

I hope to be joining some friends on a long weekend cruise in May/June that we have been doing for a few years now. My friends boat is only 32' so we are looking into chartering another sailboat in the +/- 30' range so we might accommodate up to 8 people in total.
Does anyone have any experience with the South River outfit? http://www.southriverboatrentals.com/rates/

Any experience with this one in Annapolis? http://www.annapolisbaycharters.net/ourfleet.php

Other recommendations in the mid-Chessy area east or western shore?

We are looking for cheaper (and likely older) boats that are still functional (NO: A/C, power windlass, power winches etc.).

Actual rental experiences would be helpful.

Contact BaySail in Harve de Grace. While they're at the top of the Bay, the dealership they're affiliated with has a facility in Baltimore. They may be able to hook you up with something.

There are also several charter operations over the bridge on Kent Island, but I don't have names readily at hand.
