I just rebuilt the two pre 1997 jabsco heads in my hunter. Each one took around 25 minutes and except for about two cups of nasty, it was a peice of cake- did I miss something? new joker valve, pump inserts, pump o rings and funny pieces of rubber with metal on them.. It is out of the water now and I can't check it until the spring but it seemed almost too easy.

Although some people seem to make it harder than it has to be. The only question is whether it makes sense to spend about $50 to rebuild a toilet that can be replaced for $99.
