I have a 1972 P26. I have been grining away the cracks around where the keel joins the hull. The cracks don't go all the way to the hull. To get down to good material I did have to grind on the hull a little. What do you use for faring material when building it back? It looks like some fiberglass was used. I will need to use some glass on the hull. Now what caused the cracks? I wonder if I should go ahead and drop the keel and rebed it?
