Pretty tight...
From what I remember its pretty tight getting in there - maybe a small teen could wiggle in there (Didn't they use children as chimney sweeps in Victorian London? ;-) Seriously though, I would consiider putting a 6" round access hatch - Beckson is typical - on the forward face of the anchor locker to get in there with a wrench. I haven't actually been down to my boat to see if the ergonomics would work...
