I gotta give a plug to Creative Acrylics-Plastic Supply in Pensacola. Planoron had me prepared to spend around $1000 for my two replacements. I paid $250 for the pair. He used my old windows and cut to match the shape. To save some money, I did all of the edge finish myself with an angle grinder for the tapered upper and a sander for smoothing. I think a small belt sander would work better than the grinder.
