Taking notes from the thread about Annapolis I am seeking the same thing in Jacksonville. We have two shops in Amelia and they both charge out the waaaahzoo. Is there anyone out there that is reasonable in price.

We need a Dodger and bimini done.

Have you tried Stitches by Ruth in Brunswick? I have used them for some sail repair but nothing big. I'll be needing a new top and dodger soon too so I"ll be interested in who you end up going with.
