I am in the process of re-powering from a 5411 Universal Diesel to a new M3-20 Universal D. The hull is a 30 Catalina tall rig. Year 1982. Any pros or cons to this fit? Any better fits with the yanmar ?Model? Other Makes or models?
I Just recently replaced my 5411 with the Universal m3-20b . Really an easy swap, and a good fit with only minor modifications. Go to the archives and search on 5411. There is a lots of info on this issue.
