re glaze exterior window?

Just got done re bedding all deck and windows on our Cat and its been quite a job , but great family time every one had a job, but after a terrible rain storm last night 2 of six windows had a bit of water not much but some on the inside of the aluminum frame,
I pulled the black gasket material around the inside and had my son mist the exterior, what I seen was water between the glazing( OUTSIDE) like clear caulk and glass.
My take 30 years this is a failure point too? so should I remove this out side glazing seal clean and prep and re caulk? I bought a product call lexon or something like it.
any thoughts ?

I used butyl tape to re-bed mine. I did them last year and this year when cleaning the glass the rubber channel that seals the glass to the frame stripped off in about a 8" section. Only way to fix that is to remove the frames again. I'll do that this fall. For the meantime I used a little more butyl tape and stuffed the section of rubber back into place. Seems to be holding fine no leaks so far.
