re-bedding recessed windown

I replaced my recessed windows on 1987 34 foot catalina a few years ago and now the windows are leaking!! Need to take them out and redo. What do use a sealant and need to know best way to reinstall.

Dow 795, black works perfectly. One tube should do both sides but have both sides ready as it cures in the open tube quickly.
