looking for help on replacing waste pluming. anyone have a diagram of the plumming in 1981 hunter 25

I'd install a self contained system...a 5-6 gallon "MSD" (which means it's designed to be permanently installed and is fitted for pumpout) portapotty. Check out the Thetford 365MSD. It holds 50-60 flushes...you'd need at least a 35 gallon tank connected to any marine toilet to hold that many.
