Hi Tom, all in all a fine response to Brians comments. I agree that the 
information posted in the non-public section of the Vega web site was just 
that, and requires membership to access that information. 
Should that information be free? I also believe that those that contributed 
the information should have a say in that. 
s it an inducement to join? In my case it was not, though the manual has 
provided a wealth of information for me. I look forward to the newsletter for 
the content, which I find very enjoyable because it's on a more personal 
level than an e-mail forum is.
Finally, I believe that even though Chuck Rose as the new editor, has put out 
a great first issue of the newsletter, at some time the Vega organization may 
move to a more interactive format, possibly linked to a web site such as 
e-groups. If and when that happens I would like to see most of the Vega site 
moved over, not stripped down as someone previously suggested.
