I'm staying right here. I guess "sailing out of Noyo..." made it sound like I wasn't coming back! No, it was just a day sail with 5 avid young sailors who are learning quickly.

I sailed saturday out of Noyo harbor, Fort Bragg CA. Conditions weren't ideal (a bit choppy and cold) but up here, and at this time of year, you take what you can get. Not complaining, but I must admit--whistful memories of San Diego came to mind more than once. But a cheerful young crew, including a first-timer who was delighted to have a turn at the tiller, makes up for everything!
