Hi Brian:
We would like to attend the Vega rendezvous. The
second weekend in July would work better for us since
we are involved with the Wooden Boat Festival at the
Center for Wooden Boats here in Seattle the first
weekend of July. Is the date flexibile?
There would be 2 of us, my husband and myself,
attending on AKVAVIT #1869 from Seattle.
We are excited about getting together with other Vega
owners in the Pacific Northwest.
Let us know if we can help out in any way.

Hello
Judy:

Unfortunately I am unable to change the date. My wife
has already booked some time for that particular weekend and I am tied up
in school for the rest of July and August. All I can suggest is that
we keep in touch, see what other opportunities evolve and meet whenever and
wherever we can.
By the
way, for all Vega sailors interested, the meeting place is Port Browning on
North Pender Island - 48* 46' N 123* 16'W.
July
1st. weekend.

Cheers

Money....Mike your dollar is worth twice as much as
ours!
I will
talk to the marina and get some info re: cost on the dock. These is good
holding ground in the bay, a full marina (a little down trodden) toilets and
showers (wear your shoes) a pub...in fact everything a Vega sailor desires...did
I metion palm trees?
And I
am flattered that you have referred to me as "brain"...but my wife has all
of those...
