Dear Dough,

I am very interesting in the story, although I donot intend to do the same
in my Vega.
Poco Loco means of course a bit crazy.

Your story does not tell whether the lady in question ( whats her name)
started from Panama.

I suppose so. And did she sail from there to Antartica?

Sorry to bother you with questions, which possibly you cannot answer yet.

Happy sailing,

She's moored at the Waikiki Yacht Club. Let me know when you want to go. I'll try to meet with her today to see if she wants to interview. She should,
she's very open. I'll let you know as soon as I have more information. I believe that I also owe my dues for this year. I'm not sure, can you check for
me? Doug

Doug:
Greetings from an amazed fellow Vega lover...Poco Loco indeed. Dying to hear this yarn. Are you sure this isn't a wannabe Jarle Andhoey story. He actually travelled to Antartica in his Vega Berserk. Poco Loco and Berserk!! Keep us posted. It would be truly amazing to have had not one but two Vegas visit the Antarctic in the same year. If this story is true, Hollywood might come knocking on your door. Truth is stranger than fiction. I hope this Berserk/Poco Loco syndrome is not contagious. Of course there may be days when all of us wish we had the courage to travel the way of a Poco Loco or Berserk adventurer. For now at least, I will live these voyages vicariously. Stay well..........

Cheers...........
