About one week ago I posted a problem with the ST4000 Auto pilot. I had the alarm "STLK FAIL" Ended up sending the unit to Raymarine last Friday Sept 7TH. They got it on Monday at 11:00. Called me on Tuesday and I got it back today (Sept 13). Six day turn around with new control buttons, new mounting screws, new mounting gasket, and a new PC Board. I asked for a new cover, I got a used one that looks new, no Charge. This is great service. Raymarine.com is an easy to use WEB site that provides great instructions on how to send something to the Raymarine Repair Center.
