Does anyone know how to get the bearings out so they can be replaced

Chances are you will end up having to get a new transducer. From what I can discover they are common to most Raymarine units andpossibly other brands. They are manuactured by Airmar. I had an ST 40 Bi data on the boat when purchased and I changed out to ST 60s The transducers that were packaged with the ST 60s were identical to those already in the boat. I installed the ST 60s on the pedestal and move the ST 40 to the nav station, linked them via seatalk and they all work. I still have the new transducers never installed.

Which transducer do you mean?
If you mean the wind transducer then the bearings are a press fit and, being tiny, only hand pressure is required.
Please see the previous thread from November 2010 where I list the numbers of the bearings and also there is a supplier shown.

Hi,thank you for your reply. I need to change the bearings on both the wind & close hauled I have the transdusers on the bench but how do I get the bearings out do i have to 'pull' the little senders off the end of the shaft & if so what then ??The bearing closest to the vane looks like it should come out from its rear Your help is much appreciated

Wind speed bearings? If so, I may have a set I ordered but never installed. They are yours if you want and if I can find them. Let me know.

Hi Rick Amazing, Thanks I would really appreciate it if you could post them to me let me know your address so I can send you something for costs at least .Just for info i just pulled the the bearings out from the front by pulling on the shaft.My address is
