Thinking of replacing my bad C80 with used C90W and wondering what you think.

If you were satisfied with your C80, sure replace with the C90, just don’t pay too much. Should definitely be easier interfacing your older instruments. There are lots of boaters still using the C series plotters and seem to be satisfied.

Well I have had the C-80 repaired by a Raymarine dealer and they repaired it twice but they replaced it with
a different C-80 that they had and so that was about 3 years ago maybe more.
So they have a C90W for me with a bundle package for $400 with my old C-80 trade in.

Check Ebay, I have purchased C80 plotters on two occasions at reasonable costs over the years; both continue to function very well.

A quick web search of C90w prices shows them ranging from $200-$600, so to get one from a Raymarine dealer for $400 with a trade-in seems not only reasonable, but also likely a better assurance of getting an operable unit than buying it thru E-bay or Craigslist. Also, as others have said, if it will interface seamlessly with your older gear that is a big deal. I'd hop on it.
