My one year old Raritan PH II would not pump after Spring Comissioning. I posted a question about it on this site and Vic Willman of Raritan responded quickly with a diagnosis and prescribed solution. It seems the boat yard did not winterize the head properly and water expansion due to freezing jammed the pump. Vic provided the simple instructions for repair and sent me the needed part in record time. And now the head is pumping again and is good as new. Thanks, Vic for the excellent and prompt support.
