Raritan PHII back preassure

Ive just launched this this week and I have back preassure on the down stroke in flush mode. It clears the bowl just fine in dry mode. I removed the raw water intake and water is coming in. This is my 5th year with the head, is it time for some level of rebuild?

Mike,

If you haven' serviced the head in 5 years, you really should. Including greasing the pump.

You could also have blocked vent line from your tank.
