They both use the same PHII pump. The only difference is the base...Raritan redesigned it to make the mounting bolt pattern a match for Jabsco and most other manual toilets and renamed that version the PH SuperFlush. Raritan still offers it as the "PHII" with the original base because there are a few people who want to add the electric motor to it (PHEII/"PowerFlush") to provide the "push button convenience" of an electric toilet that can be converted back to manual by simply disconnecting the motor and re inserting the pump handle in the event of a catastrophic power failure ...the motor won't fit on the SuperFlush base. Most of 'em soon learn the hard way that putting a motor on a PHII turns the best manual toilet on the planet into horrible excuse for an electric toilet and disconnect the motor permanently.
