bilge- yes, sort of...
There are two "limber ports" more or less - one starboard forward of the keel - usually associated with electronics senders, and another midship port under the table - the 'real' bilge access if you wanna call it that. It doesn't really have a bilge, but those are the lowest points on the hull that you have access to that will have water in... of course the forward one with the senders is an important pre and post sail inspection point. Take care of the keel nuts (not bolts, it should have studs & nuts) under the center floor panel - keep 'em dry and rust-proofed!
