Raising my bimini

I would like to raise my bimini about 2 feet to allow me to stand under it. Any suggestions on how to raise? where to find additional extensions and hardware for exisiting poles?

I would try canvas shop or west marine ,what type of boat and model.

Is there room under the boom???

Do you have enough room?? if so the orig bimini was made too low. I would suggest new poles as any lengthening would likely be too weak to last under wind loads and normal use. I guess it would be possible to weld extensions, but I suspect this would be more expensive than replacement.Good luck!!
