Been there. I had a 9.9 2 stroke that weighed 86 lbs. Now I have a 5 hp 2 stroke that weighs 44 lbs. Even at that I have an outboard motor lift on my transom. 90+ lbs is an awful lot to muscle around when the seas are calm let alone bouncing around some.
Might have to look into a block and tackle rig in conjunction with your davits or boom.

Motor Lift

I have a Forespar motor lift next to my davits for lift my 8HP Yamaha.
I really like the Kato motor lift but do a outboard motor lift and you will
many different ones for sure.

Google dinghy motor lifts. Kato, Forespar and I think Garhauer is the best: strongest, nicest, and least expensive. But that's only 'cuz I have one. :)

My boat came with a 15 hp Yamaha 4stroke that weighs 56 kg hanging of the rear seats. I have recently had a stainless bracket made that comes out from the davits so that it pulls reasonably straight up with a block and I have fitted a jammer to hold it so I can get around onto the transom to lift it onto the outboard bracket. The outboard lifting harness that was on it originally had plastic buckles that broke causing it to take an expensive swim, so I have replaced that with a new one with stainless steel clips that the manufacturer guarantee for up to a 25hp motor. I gave also rigged up a safety clip that will stop it going for a swim if it does get dropped.

You are welcome to look at my Garhaur davits on the 376. I lift an 11' RIB with a 15 HP.

I have a 37.5 legend. I use the starboard side dinghy davit to lift the outboard off the transom of the dinghy. I got a double pulley with a becket for the davit end, and a double pulley for the outboard end. I bought one of those clip strap things to go around the cowling of the outboard and voila! An outboard hoist. I have one of those west marine flat plastic outboard holders on the stern rail, as well. It does take a little muscle to get the motor from the end of the davit to the rail, but not too much.
