Rail Chair Seats

Hay all Odayers. I want to build a set of chair rails seats for my 322 and am looking for some ideas on materials to use and where to get it. I have seen the ones for sale and think I can assemble some for way less that $200 - $300 bucks. Also if you have some picsof the ones you built that would be great to see how others used their imagination

I would think that High Density Polyethylene works, especially if it's well supported with SS tubing underneath. You may be able to source from cutting boards at Walmart.

Starboard also works, a bit more expensive. From what I have been able to deduce, Starboard is Ultra High Density Polyethylene. Not sure where you can source UHDP sheet, but I'm sure you can find some on the interwebs somewhere. Brand name Starboard is available from places like Jamestown Distributors.
