can't say for sure, but when I was looking at the same installation on my 29.5 it looked like $300-500 for the pole and mount, double that if you wanted one that self leveled, and 8-12 hours labor for the installation, wiring, etc. around here yard labor is $55-65/hour. key considerations are location of control head (I was doing the pedastal), difficulty of running power leads back to the panel, and accessibility/suitability of your transom for the mount. hope this helps
