I am interested in purchasing a Pearson 28-2. Have not sailed one nor have I boarded one...I have only read articles and viewed pictures. My question is, are the Pearson 28-2's competive with other sailboats of similar length and displacement. Primarily, concerned with their performance against Catalinas of similar size. Just curious. Thanks
