Is anyone racing the 19, in either PHRF or Portsmouth? This is the model made between about 1978 and 1985 and has a stub keel and centerboard. It looks a LOT like a Santana 20 above the water line but obviously doesn't have a fin keel. I have found a Portsmouth rating.
It would seem to be a good boat to race with two, (jib only) or 3 with a spinnaker.
